A Launchpad for Smart and Green Logistics

From July 31 to August 2, 2025, VILOG 2025 will officially take place at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) under the theme "Digital Transformation – Green Development in Logistics." The exhibition is held under the direction of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and co-organized by the Vietnam Logistics Business Association (VLA) and VINEXAD. It aims to push Vietnam's logistics industry to become a strategic link in the global supply chain.

As next-generation free trade agreements impose stricter green and digital standards, Vietnamese logistics enterprises must quickly adapt or risk being left behind. VILOG 2025 emerges as a timely platform to showcase new technologies, establish partnerships, and share a sustainable development vision.

Digital Transformation and Green Growth – Advancing Together for the Future

With nearly 350 enterprises from 20 countries and territories, and more than 480 booths, VILOG 2025 not only showcases scale but also demonstrates the growing trend of digitalization and green practices in the logistics sector.

Automation, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things (IoT), and eco-friendly transportation solutions are at the center of the exhibition. These technologies not only help optimize operations and reduce costs but also significantly cut carbon emissions—an essential factor in the green transition process.

According to Mr. Tran Thanh Hai – Deputy Director of the Import-Export Department (Ministry of Industry and Trade), this year's event "marks a crucial turning point in shaping the future of Vietnam’s logistics industry," emphasizing that environmental responsibility is no longer a trend but a mandatory requirement in the development journey.

A Hub of Knowledge and Collaboration

VILOG 2025 is more than just a display exhibition. One of its highlights is a series of thematic seminars addressing timely topics such as “Financial Mechanisms to Promote Green Logistics,” “Trends in Green and Digital Logistics – Solutions,” and “Vietnam’s Export and Logistics: Context, Challenges, and Solutions.”

These forums provide up-to-date knowledge and open strategic dialogues, sharing multidimensional perspectives from experts, policymakers, and businesses. Notably, the VILOG Talk zone and the 1:1 Business Matchmaking Program will serve as practical bridges for enterprises to find suitable solutions, connect supply chains, and expand markets.

Backed by Industry Giants

The success of VILOG 2025 is also driven by strategic sponsors. Giao Hang Nang - a heavy goods transport brand developed by Giao Hang Nhanh is the Diamond Sponsor, offering the slogan “Heavy Cargo, Light Cost.” Other major sponsors include Long An International Port (Gold), ITL Group (Silver), and Mitsubishi Estate Vietnam – Logicross (Bronze).

Additionally, the exhibition receives support from over 10 international logistics associations and renowned technology brands such as XCMG, Sany Group, Noblelift, Libiao Robotics, and more. These partners not only enhance the event’s expertise but also highlight the potential for cross-border collaboration in Vietnam’s logistics development.

VILOG 2025 – A Milestone for Strategic Innovation

Amid a global wave of transformation in the logistics sector, VILOG 2025 is not just a commercial event—it is where Vietnam redefines its position on the world logistics map. This is the moment when businesses must join forces, form alliances, and transform to adapt.

Digital transformation is helping Vietnamese logistics accelerate—but green development is the key to long-term resilience. When technology is integrated into management, operations, and the supply chain; when environmental criteria become standard practices—that is when Vietnam can confidently rise in the region.

VILOG 2025 is not just a meeting point for businesses, but a catalyst for strategic change, where innovation and environmental responsibility converge to open a sustainable future for Vietnam’s logistics industry.
