Improving logistics service abilities = a lever for economic development

(Vietnam Logistics Review)The 3- day visit of President Barack Obama (May 23th- 25th) mile-stoned a new stage of development in the US- Vietnam economic relationship, promising more chances of trading, investments, and import- export activities.
Their technology and their staff, there have been pre-eminent policies for logistics service development- a key factor in processes of production, circulation and delivery… to help cut cost and improve competition abilities for products and services.
According to geographical and social economic features, the Government has had different requirement for different logistics center. Though not having airport, seaports and large river ports for vessels of over 2,000 tons. Binh Duong still has busy production and investment activities. It is also a place for large-scale industrial parks that enable to produce consuming goods for both local use and export. For better developments ahead, the province has developed many bonded warehouses, CFSs, ICDs and facilitated customs brokerage. These activities do meet requirements of productions and import-export from enterprises.
With the policy of speeding up the development of logistics services sector, presided by the provincial People’s Committee, the conference Binh Duong- Potentials, Advantages of Logistics Developments and Roles of Customs Office, by Binh Duong Customs Office and Vietnam Logistics Review, will expectedly be hold at the end of June 2016. It is expected that the conference will offer participants solutions for better logistics.
