We have had records of the remove of group interests in policies and activities of State-owned business by removing circulars from ministries’ and upgrading to the State’s decrees after July 1st, 2016. However, it is merely initial determination, and there should be consents in the whole political system to have the desired results. And implementing fair policies for various economic sectors, no matter they are State-owned ones or private ones, by allocating fair transparent resources as solutions for sustainable development is of importance in the course of development.
