Small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in Vietnamese are facing the challenge of global competition

Currently, the Vietnamese logistics market has removed many barriers to entry, creating favorable conditions for large foreign logistics corporations such as DHL, DB Schenker, Maersk, Kuehne Nagel to enter the Vietnamese logistics market. Along with the development of e-commerce, the level of competition within the logistics industry is becoming increasingly fierce. In such conditions, small and medium- sized logistics enterprises need appropriate competitive strategies to survive and develop.
