Small medium-sized enterprises: The need for a roadmap of digitalization

With the fact that over 90% of logistics enterprises in Vietnam are small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), the digitalization story for the type of business is extremely important. Due to limited financial resources and weak human resources, advanced technologies for today’s business digitization such as artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (Internet of Things), Block Chain, Robots and automation are too far away for them.
