The goal of becoming a high-income developed nation by 2045 is not only Vietnam’s aspiration but also a shared responsibility of the entire political system and every citizen. Resolution 57 of the Politburo has outlined a clear roadmap, in which science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation serve as fundamental pillars for realizing this ambitious vision.
