Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan’s inspection of the Dung Quat Biofuel Plant on August 3, 2026 underscored the strategic role of fuel-grade ethanol (E100) in Vietnam’s E10 roadmap.
