What to do for Quang Tri's sustainable breakthrough development

On the occasion of participating in a project to reduce emissions and improve livelihoods for ethnic minority communities in the Central Highlands sponsored by the World Bank, I had the opportunity to return to Quang Tri, visited village, contacted with residents of the Van Kieu ethnic group in mountainous districts. In the fast-paced development of technology, it feels like life and time passing slowly in these places.
