Job Description / Primary Responsibilities
- Leading Ocean freight team.
- Controlling and maintaining current supervision SOP of key accounts
- Liaising between the overseas partners and M+R Vietnam teams to ensure operations run smoothly
- Manage Ad hoc projects
- Daily Operational problem solving.
- Procurement for Sea Freight as and when required
- Maintain service quality to meet customers’ expectation and KPI’s.
- Management control of Inland services related to sea freight
- Overseeing strict P&L procedures and guidelines set by the management and reporting on time
- Developing and maintaining international partnerships with our worldwide agents along with our trade lane development teams.
Job Requirements:
- 3 year- experience in the same position, same scale of Company.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Good soft skills: communication, negotiation, problem solving
- Good computer skills
- Sense of responsibility, Leadership, motivated.
- Qualified references which will be verified.

Responsible for Leading and expanding businesses of Ocean freight team in Vietnam. Contributing on every level to the offices to improve our existing position to local and overseas clientele Reporting to the Director, General Director on all related activities of Ocean freight Team.
