    (VLR) Theo quy hoạch của Chính phủ, Đến năm 2020 Vn phấn đấu sản lượng thủy sản chế biến xuất khẩu (XK) khoảng 2 triệu tấn với tốc độ tăng trưởng bình quân khoảng 3,5%, giá trị kim ngạch xuất khẩu đạt 10 tỷ USD (tốc độ tăng trưởng bình quân trên 7% năm). Sản lượng thủy sản chế biến tiêu thụ nội địa đạt 950.000 tấn với tốc độ tăng trưởng khoảng 3,3%/năm. Để đáp ứng được mục tiêu công suất chế biến thủy sản công nghiệp đạt 2,13 triệu tấn sản phẩm/năm, hệ thống kho lạnh thủy sản phải đạt công suất 1,1 triệu tấn.
