September 26th this year, the feelings seem to be much stronger for it is the 25th anniversary of the company - the thing every SAPUWA member is so proud of.

From the first toddling steps…

At the time of the beginning of the 90s, SAPUWA was founded on the idea from Le Nhu Ai about a product of bottled water which is safe and good for consumers’ health. With the slogan “At the root of purity” SAPUWA was built on the area of 3,000m2 of Go Vap, HCMC where there is an ideal water source for qualified drinking water.

At the time, all materials and machines were imported, resulting in high production price. The product had not entered the market; consumers had not known the product and there were intense competitions from foreign products. In addition, staff was inadequate; there was not clear distinction in term of departments; and business strategies was not completed, which resulted in losses and difficulties.

Product quality, a factor of SAPUWA success

However, with ceaseless efforts from the Board of Directors and the whole staff, SAPUWA product has been welcomed by consumers.

… to an strong SAPUWA today

SAPUWA purified water has been popular and SAPUWA has asserted its position in the market with stable growth of annual revenue of over 20%. The product keeps improving in term of quality and design and the staff qualification has been improved as well.

SAPUWA has been applying a modern and closed production line in strict international standard ISO 22000:2005 and HACCP by Vietnam Certification Center (Quacert). In the existing delivery chain, besides systems at schools, large super markets, convenient stores nationwide, SAPUWA products has been widely used by embassies, consulates, 5- star hotels, and large local and foreign corporations.

SAPUWA has received many medals, campaign medals, certificates of merit, and certificates from the Government and local authorities.

The Board of Directors has been paying attention to staff and all staff has treated one another as their own families. A business philosophy of 4 CLEANs: “Clean Staff, Clean Factory, Clean Products and Clean Profit”.

25 years is not yet a long way to go, but…

In 25 years, SAPUWA has always been proud of being a solidary community, together going through difficulties, together improving itself for today achievements.

In 25 years, SAPUWA has been making its best effort for customers’ benefit: being a pioneer in providing qualified purify drink and assisting services to customer with the purpose of offering the best added values to its beloved customers.

In 25 years, SAPUWA has been learning from feedbacks from markets, from customers to improve both product quality and services. It is willing to share knowledge and experience for sustainable development.

In 25 years, a culture identity of humanity – SAPUWA’s the most proudest thing- has been built: the Board of Directors has been paying attention to staff and all staff has treated one another as their own families. Missions and future visions

These achievements are necessary, yet not enough for SAPUWA to step up in the way of integration to markets with intense competitions. Knowing not to sleep on victory, SAPUWA has always renewed and improved itself to be suitable with markets and international business environment. To sustainable development and the target of doing business for community’s health, SAPUWA keeps developing its core business values that the company has been building for the last 25 years and being creative in its business activities to meet higher requirements from markets.
