From March 27 to 29, 2025, the 2025 Vietnamese Export Highlights Fair (HCMC Export 2025) took place at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. The event attracted nearly 750 domestic enterprises and around 200 international buyers from more than 25 countries and territories, creating a significant platform for Vietnamese businesses to connect, promote, and expand their export markets.

In that vibrant and professional atmosphere, ASL Logistics – one of Vietnam’s leading logistics companies – made a strong impression with a standout booth, advanced technological solutions, and a sustainable, modern development strategy.

ASL Logistics’ Standout Booth

With over 20 years of experience in transportation and logistics, ASL Logistics carefully invested in the design and presentation of its booth at this year’s fair. The open-concept booth, styled with modern tones, reflected the company’s strong direction toward international integration and technological advancement. In addition to showcasing brochures, introduction videos, and live software demonstrations, ASL also deployed a professional consulting team, ready to address all customer and partner inquiries.

The highlight of the booth was the live demonstration of the E-Pricing Platform – a logistics cost management solution integrated with AI, developed in-house by ASL. Visitors experienced firsthand how the platform automates quotation processes, supports electronic customs declarations, and optimizes transportation routes. This tool helps businesses shorten processing times, minimize errors, and cut costs — key factors for international competitiveness. Many import-export businesses, especially small and medium enterprises, expressed strong interest and a desire to adopt this platform in their operations.

Strengthening International Connections and Partnerships

More than just a display, ASL Logistics viewed this year’s fair as a strategic opportunity to enhance partnerships both domestically and abroad. During the three-day event, ASL held dozens of bilateral meetings with buyers from the United States, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and promising markets like the UAE, Germany, and Australia. These meetings were not only to introduce services but also served as forums to discuss global logistics trends, local demands, and opportunities for technology transfer.

Notably, ASL signed several memorandums of understanding (MOUs) with international partners for cooperation in cold chain supply and cross-border order management technologies. These agreements not only pave new paths for the company but also contribute to realizing ASL’s long-term goal of reaching regional and global markets. Through these initiatives, the company once again affirmed its competitive capabilities and role as a reliable bridge between Vietnamese businesses and international markets.

Contributing to the “Green - Clean - Digital” Strategy

HCMC Export 2025 adopted the theme “Green - Clean - Digital” as a new development orientation for Vietnam’s export sector during this period of transition. ASL Logistics was one of the few companies with a clear and long-term sustainable development roadmap, demonstrated through practical activities at the fair.

Specifically, ASL introduced a series of green logistics solutions, such as optimizing transportation routes to reduce fuel consumption, implementing electronic management systems to replace traditional paperwork, and using big data analytics software to manage goods flow more efficiently — thereby reducing inventory levels and transportation-related emissions. The company also set a goal to reduce CO2 emissions per shipment by 30% by 2030.

At the thematic panel discussions, ASL actively shared its experience in digitalizing operational processes, emphasizing the importance of transforming business mindsets to adapt to new technologies. These contributions received high praise from industry experts and international delegates attending the fair.

The prominent presence of ASL Logistics at the 2025 Vietnamese Export Highlights Fair not only reaffirmed the company's brand capabilities but also clearly reflected its consistent development strategy: digitalization, global integration, and sustainable growth. With thorough preparation, a proactive spirit, and creativity, ASL effectively seized the opportunity to add value, foster connections, and open up promising global cooperation prospects. This is not only the success of one company but also a representative image of a dynamic, innovative, and high-potential generation of Vietnamese logistics businesses on their path toward global integration.
