From October 14 to 17, 2026, Saigon Newport Corporation (SNP) is participating in the Vietnam - Cambodia Trade Connectivity and Product Promotion Fair 2026 (VIDEX CAMBODIA 2026) in Phnom Penh, showcasing its integrated logistics solutions that connect Cambodian cargo with Vietnam’s seaport network and international shipping routes.
Held from October 14 to 17, 2026, at the Koh Pich Convention and Exhibition Center in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, VIDEX CAMBODIA 2026 brings together 160 enterprises with more than 230 exhibition booths. The event provides a platform for businesses from both countries to showcase their products and services, explore potential partnerships, and strengthen economic cooperation.
For Saigon Newport Corporation, the exhibition offers a valuable opportunity to engage directly with Cambodia’s business community, reinforce relationships with existing customers and partners, and identify new cargo opportunities.

According to Vietnam’s Ministry of Industry and Trade, bilateral trade between Vietnam and Cambodia reached USD 11.33 billion in 2025, an increase of 11.7% year-on-year. During the first eight months of 2026, bilateral trade turnover totaled USD 8.67 billion, up 8.3% compared with the same period of the previous year. Both countries are working toward a target of USD 20 billion in two-way trade.
Beyond being a direct trading partner, Cambodia is also an important source of transit and transshipment cargo moving through Vietnam’s seaport network, including Tan Cang Cat Lai Port and the Cai Mep port cluster, before continuing to international destinations.
As Cambodia’s import and export activities continue to expand, demand for seamless connectivity between inland production and distribution centers in Cambodia and Vietnamese seaports is growing. This trend underscores the increasingly urgent need for coordinated logistics infrastructure development, greater multimodal transport efficiency, and stronger links among border crossings, logistics centers, and seaport systems.
These developments also present significant opportunities for logistics providers to strengthen interregional connectivity and improve supply chain efficiency between Vietnam, Cambodia, and international markets.

In response to growing market demand, Saigon Newport Corporation has intensified its trade promotion activities in Cambodia over recent years through industry seminars, business networking programs, and cooperation agreements with local partners. At the same time, the Corporation has prioritized infrastructure investment and the development of its cross-border logistics service network.
In December 2025, Tan Cang–Moc Bai Inland Container Depot (ICD) officially commenced operations, strengthening cargo connectivity through the Moc Bai International Border Gate and linking cross-border freight flows with southern Vietnam’s seaport network.
The facility provides an important foundation for SNP to further expand its logistics services in the Cambodian market.

Leveraging its integrated port and logistics ecosystem, Saigon Newport Corporation is developing multimodal transportation services across three major routes: road, inland waterways, and coastal shipping.
Road transportation: Cargo is transported through the Hoa Lu, Binh Hiep, and particularly Moc Bai border crossings. At Moc Bai, Tan Cang Tay Ninh develops cross-border logistics services through Tan Cang–Moc Bai ICD, providing cargo consolidation, inspection, and handling services for import and export shipments passing through the international border gate.
Inland waterway transportation: SNP operates transport routes along the Tien and Hau rivers, connecting with the Phnom Penh Autonomous Port (PPAP) system in Cambodia, including terminals LM17, TS11, UM1, UM2, and LM26.
Tan Cang Cypress and Tan Cang Waterway Transport provide direct barge transportation services between Phnom Penh and ports in southern Vietnam. Meanwhile, SNP Logistics operates a river–sea transportation network, enabling barges to carry cargo directly from Vietnamese seaports to inland destinations in Cambodia.
Coastal shipping: SNP is expanding its connections to Keo Phos Port in Koh Kong and Kampot Port in Kampot Province, providing additional transportation options for cargo originating from or destined for Cambodia’s coastal regions.
By integrating these three transportation modes, SNP has established itself as one of Vietnam’s leading logistics service providers operating in Cambodia, offering comprehensive door-to-door solutions covering transportation, freight forwarding, and customs clearance.
In particular, its established network of empty containers, which are regularly circulated throughout the Cambodian market, enables businesses to secure container availability for export shipments, reduce waiting times, and optimize logistics costs.
Through its participation in VIDEX CAMBODIA 2026, SNP has actively introduced its integrated logistics solutions to Cambodian businesses and partners, contributing to greater transportation efficiency and supporting the growing trade demand between the two countries.
These efforts further reinforce SNP’s role as a vital logistics bridge connecting Cambodia with Vietnam’s seaport network and international shipping routes.
