Held from July 31 to August 2, 2025, at SECC (799 Nguyen Van Linh, District 7, HCMC), VILOG 2025 carries the theme “Digital Transformation and Partnership for Green Logistics”. The event is expected to attract over 20,000 visitors and 350 international businesses showcasing technologies such as AI, IoT, automation, warehouse robotics, and intelligent transportation management systems (TMS).

Expanding Scale and ASEAN-Level Standards

As one of the leading international logistics exhibitions in the region, VILOG 2025 has expanded significantly compared to previous years, with over 5,000 m² of display area, 480 booths, and participation from 350 businesses representing 20 countries and territories — including major brands like Nippon Express, Transimex, Vietnam Post, and Saigon Newport.

Compared to VILOG 2024, which had over 400 booths from 300 companies and attracted 15,176 visitors, this year’s event shows clear growth in both the number of participants and visitors — affirming Vietnam’s growing role in the regional and global supply chain.

A Center for Green and Digital Logistics Technology

VILOG 2025 goes beyond showcasing traditional logistics services by focusing heavily on advanced technologies: from cold storage management systems, automated robots, IoT supply chain sensors, to transportation management software (TMS), Big Data, and AI for operational optimization. Companies like SANY, Noblelift, LIBIAO Robotics, and Vinatech are introducing state-of-the-art and eco-friendly technologies to Vietnam for the first time.

A highlight of this year’s exhibition is the VILOG Talk zone — an open forum for exhibitors to present their services and share practical insights. It also serves as a platform for engagement with industry leaders and experts to discuss trends in green logistics and digital transformation solutions.

A Knowledge Ecosystem and Comprehensive Strategic Networking

In addition to the exhibition, VILOG 2025 hosts a series of in-depth thematic seminars on pressing topics:
Financial Mechanisms to Promote Green Logistics Development
AI and its Impact on the Logistics Industry
Export & Logistics Today: Challenges and Global Best Practices

These seminars, co-organized by VLA, VALOMA, and the VLA Multimodal Committee, offer strategic insights from policymakers, economic experts, and logistics professionals.

The Business Matching program and field visit to the Long Hau Logistics Hub are also being held, allowing enterprises to explore green logistics models and connect directly with supply-demand partners, universities, research institutions, and infrastructure investors.

“VILOG 2025 is being held at a pivotal time as Vietnam's logistics sector enters a phase of strong transformation to serve the Logistics Services Development Strategy 2025–2035 and vision to 2050. Although Vietnam ranks second in ASEAN and among the top five in the region’s Logistics Performance Index, logistics costs still account for 15–16% of GDP — higher than the regional average. This event provides a critical opportunity to assess potential, guide green-digital trends, and foster strategic connectivity.” - Mr. Tran Thanh Hai - Deputy Director General, Import-Export Department, Ministry of Industry and Trade

VILOG 2025 – A Catalyst for Comprehensive Logistics Transformation in Vietnam

VILOG 2025 has marked a significant milestone — not just an exhibition, but a corridor connecting policies, technologies, and markets for Vietnam’s logistics industry. With its expanded scale, in-depth seminar content, and strategic networking activities, VILOG has not only met expectations but positioned Vietnam as a hub for green and digital logistics in the region.

Participating enterprises are not only seeking new solutions but are also building long-term development strategies, reducing carbon emissions, optimizing resources, and enhancing international competitiveness. This is strong evidence of Vietnam’s commitment to global standards, making green logistics and digital transformation the foundation of sustainable growth.
