The Covid-19 pandemic passed. However, its impacts were considerable and it takes time to overcome. In the diffcult context, many enterprises have to make a start again and seeking high-skilled labor source has become a diffcult problem to solve.

Employees operating in the logistics seem to be affected in different ways in diffculties from the pandemic: many lost their jobs; some suffered from diseases and limitations as tight managements in the time of the epidemic. They had to undergo medical check-ups, and a lot of paperwork, which makes transport slow and costs higher.
