The Mekong Lover project was developed by Focus Travel Group (FTG) a pioneer in Mekong river tourism alongside strategic partners in shipbuilding and maritime technology, including VISEC, SSIC, and VIMATEC. Indochine Inspiration on a Modern Cruise

Mekong Lover is not just a means of transportation but a luxurious floating retreat, seamlessly combining Indochinese architectural elegance with modern amenities. The ship’s interior is rich with exquisite wooden carvings, arched windows, and handcrafted ceramic tiles, reminiscent of the colonial-era villas in Saigon, Hanoi, and Phnom Penh.

Notably, the ship’s design is inspired by the historic Huynh Thuy Le House in Sa Dec, famously linked to the love story of French novelist Marguerite Duras. This fusion of nostalgia and sophistication offers travelers an immersive cultural experience as they journey along the Mekong River.
