The Government directs efforts to resolve business challenges by the end of 2024 and in the following years

On October 7, 2024, the Prime Minister signed and issued Directive No. 103/CĐ-TTg, instructing ministries, sectors, and localities to focus on implementing practical solutions to resolve difficulties for businesses. The directive underscores that economic recovery and development in the last months of the year is a top priority, as many businesses face significant challenges due to the global economic downturn and supply chain disruptions.

The key solution groups outlined include:

1. Strengthening financial support: Ensuring that businesses, especially small and medium enterprises, have easy access to preferential loans and state financial support packages.
2. Improving the business environment: Accelerating administrative reform, reducing legal barriers, and creating favorable conditions for investment and business activities.
3. Boosting exports and expanding domestic markets: Enhancing product promotion, expanding export markets, and implementing programs to stimulate domestic consumption.
4. Supporting training and workforce development: Promoting vocational training programs, improving workforce skills to ensure businesses have access to qualified labor that meets new production requirements.

The directive highlights the role of local authorities in closely and flexibly supporting businesses, promptly addressing arising challenges. The Prime Minister urges relevant ministries and sectors to coordinate effectively, listen to feedback from the business community, and quickly introduce appropriate solutions.
