(Vietnam Logistics Review) With the theme “Legends of the Bridges”, Danang International Firework Festival 2018 (DIFF 2018) is going to take place in two months, from April 30th to June 30th, 2018. The event will brought an exotic atmosphere to Danang - the city named “The city of the bridges”.
Tran Van Mien, Deputy Chairman of the People’s Committee of Danang city said the year 2018 is the milestone of the 10th anniversary of DIFF. In the past 10 years, Danang has successfully hold 8 DIFFs. It is the 9th festival this year, and the 2nd time, it is hold from a socialized budget source. And bridges in Danang are beautiful ones in term of architecture, which attract both local and foreign tourists and they are helpful works of transport. “They are an inspiration for the city leaders to choose as the theme for DIFF 2018,” said Mien.
“Legends of the Bridges” DIFF 2018 will tell the tales from 9 countries and regions participated in the festival: Poland, France, the U.S, Italy, Hong Kong, Switzerland, Portugal and Vietnam. Each participating team is a span to build a bridge of friendship and peace to connect them together and to connect to the future.
With the guidance of General Director Do Thanh Hai, the nights of performance will surely bring colorful creativity. Besides, participation by famous actors and actress is also one of attractive features of the festival. “DIFF is not only a firework festival, but also a performance of colors and music with participation of Vietnam’s current leading actors and actress”, Hai shared his thought.
Together with the nights of firework, many events and performances is going to take place on the streets and public playgrounds, especially street parades with floats, performances by local and foreign artists coming from various countries, which will surely create the most exotic atmosphere than ever…
