Dang Thi Huong Giang: KLC Group has identified a multi-sector development strategy as essential for ensuring sustainable growth. We do not pursue short-term profits but focus on building a highly complementary business ecosystem. When one sector faces difficulties, the others play a balancing and supportive role. This is a key advantage that helps KLC Group withstand economic fluctuations.

Our strategy emphasizes selecting business sectors based on thorough research into market demand, consumer trends, and long-term growth potential. Not every sector is suitable for investment; there must be tight connections to create a sustainable value chain. For example, from real estate, we’ve expanded into hotel and restaurant operations, finance, and import-export, forming a closed-loop system that optimizes resources and enhances business efficiency.

Our greatest competitive advantage lies not only in sector diversification but also in our ability to adapt quickly to market changes. We maintain flexible management, stay updated on trends, and apply technology in operations to continually improve product and service quality.

As a multi-sector corporation, KLC Group is expanding its operations regionally and internationally. Can you share your globalization strategy for the coming years?

Dang Thi Huong Giang: Globalization is an inevitable trend for modern businesses, and KLC Group is no exception. Currently, we are building an ecosystem of member companies in the U.S., Australia, and Singapore, focusing on core sectors such as real estate, finance, and import-export.

In recent years, we’ve been boosting exports of agricultural and processed food products such as rice, instant noodles, fish sauce, and canned coconut water to the EU—a region known for its strict quality standards. This presents both opportunities and challenges, requiring serious investment in our value chain, enhanced distribution capabilities, and standardized quality in line with international practices.

Within KLC Group’s diverse ecosystem, what are the current key business sectors? Which areas is the Group focusing on for strong future investment?

Dang Thi Huong Giang: Currently, KLC Group’s three core business areas are real estate, finance, and import-export. These sectors offer significant growth potential in the current economic landscape and play a crucial role in generating sustainable value for the Group.

In the short term, we will continue to consolidate our core strengths. In real estate, Stareal is expanding its land bank in provinces such as Long An, Tien Giang, Binh Duong, and Lam Dong, preparing to become a project investor by 2026.

In finance, Viet Long Capital plans to participate in investment funds in Singapore and Australia, expanding our network and improving capital efficiency. These initiatives follow a clear strategy aligned with KLC Group’s overall direction.

Stareal, a member company of KLC Group, is implementing major real estate projects. Can you share the Group’s real estate development strategy for the coming years?

Dang Thi Huong Giang: Since its inception, Stareal has focused on providing real estate products with real value, meeting the sustainable housing needs of customers.

Over the years, Stareal has partnered with major developers such as Vinhomes, Masterise Homes, Phu Long, and Nam Long to distribute a diverse range of products, earning trust and positive feedback from clients. This period was crucial for gaining experience, enhancing expertise, and laying the foundation for becoming a project developer by 2026. Our goal is to create modern, civilized living spaces and work toward an IPO in the near future.

KLC Commercial has made a mark with its import-export activities, especially in bringing Vietnamese agricultural products to the world. Can you share your market expansion plans and the potential markets KLC Group is targeting?

Dang Thi Huong Giang: Import-export is one of KLC Group’s core areas. We not only export agricultural products but also participate in the global value chain by improving product quality, applying modern processing and packaging technologies to increase the value of Vietnamese goods in international markets.

Currently, Europe and North America are two key markets we are focusing on. KLC Commercial’s agricultural products are already available in Germany, the Netherlands, and the Czech Republic, and we plan to expand to the Nordic countries and Japan. We believe that with internationally standardized quality, Vietnamese agricultural products can compete fairly on the global market.

How do you assess the role of people in KLC Group’s development?

Dang Thi Huong Giang: At KLC Group, we believe people are the most valuable asset of the enterprise. A business may possess advanced technology and ample capital, but without a team of skilled, dedicated, and creative employees, sustainable success is difficult to achieve.

Therefore, we focus on building a professional working environment that encourages innovation and supports comprehensive employee development. At KLC Group, each individual is given opportunities to demonstrate their capabilities and contribute to the Group’s overall growth.

It is known that KLC Group places great emphasis on building a happy workplace. Can you share more about the HR policies the Group is implementing?

Dang Thi Huong Giang: An ideal workplace is not just about good salaries—it’s about where employees feel respected, connected, and given opportunities to grow.

We have built a sustainable HR ecosystem through in-depth training policies, competitive benefits, and team engagement programs such as team building, sports events, and charity activities. We also care about work-life balance to motivate long-term commitment.

Besides our existing policies, we also focus on building clear career development pathways for each employee, helping them envision their future and growth opportunities within the organization. Dang Thi Huong Giang: Business should not only focus on profits but also take responsibility for society. From the early days, KLC Group has committed to allocating part of its profits to community projects.

Currently, we are running the “For the Community” fund to support orphans, disadvantaged individuals, and scholarship programs for talented students. We also participate in various charitable activities, helping localities respond to natural disasters, pandemics, and environmental protection programs.

As a leader, do you have a particular management philosophy that drives KLC Group’s strong development?

Dang Thi Huong Giang: I believe in three core values: "Vision - Responsibility - Humanity".

First, vision helps us continuously innovate and push boundaries. I always ask, “What can KLC Group do better, differently?” to drive strong development.

Second, responsibility is indispensable in business management. I always require myself and the leadership team to be accountable to employees, customers, partners, and the community.

Third, humanity is what ensures sustainability. I want KLC Group to not only be a successful business but also a meaningful organization that brings real value to society.

As Deputy CEO, what makes you most proud of KLC Group?

Dang Thi Huong Giang: I am most proud of the unity, innovation, and ambition of the KLC Group team. We are not afraid of challenges, we don’t back down from difficulties—we always seek ways to adapt, innovate, and grow.

In just a few years, from a domestic business, KLC Group has expanded to international markets, establishing a solid presence in Europe, the U.S., and Australia. This success is not only the result of a sound strategy but also the contribution of all employees in the Group.
